I know every business is different, so there's no rigid package here that you have to squeeze yourself into. I offer a few simple ways to work together, and everything is tailored around what you actually need.

Three Ways to work Together
Monthly Retainer
Ongoing support, month to month. Perfect if you need a reliable pair of hands on a regular basis.
One-Off Project
A clear start and finish. Great for things like website builds, Shopify setups, or getting your email marketing off the ground.
Ad-Hoc Support
Pay by the hour, no commitment. For when you need help with something specific but don't need ongoing support.

I also offer a 5-hour starter package at £175/month, ideal if you're mostly managing things yourself but want a reliable extra pair of hands. Just mention it on our call.
Ad-Hoc Support
For one-off tasks or short bursts of support without a long-term commitment.
Sometimes you just need an extra pair of hands for a few hours, not every month, just when things pile up or you've got something specific that needs doing.
Say, for instance, your inbox has got completely out of control, or you need a batch of social media posts scheduled, or you want someone to tidy up your website. That's exactly what ad-hoc support is for.

Your hours can be used however you like based on what you need that month. We’ll agree priorities in advance so your time is used where it makes the biggest difference.

Unused hours don’t roll over to the next month. This helps keep things simple and ensures I can manage my availability properly. I’ll always aim to use your time in a way that supports your business best and will advise how many you will need before we get started.

Yes - packages can be upgraded or downgraded with notice. As your business changes, your support can change too

Not at all. Most clients don’t. The discovery call is there to talk through what’s currently taking up your time and where you need the most help.

Retainer packages typically require a minimum commitment (for example, 3 months) to allow time for onboarding and consistent support. This can be discussed during your discovery call.

Communication is usually via email, with shared documents or task lists where needed. If regular check-ins are helpful, we can agree what works best for you.

Support is provided during UK working hours. Any deadlines or priority tasks are agreed in advance.

I work mainly with small businesses and solo business owners. If I feel I’m not the right fit for your needs, I’ll always be honest.
